Lori Lotterman


Lori Lotterman has over 30 years of progressive experience in Pharmacy and Healthcare with diverse knowledge of pharmacy operations, supply chain, and technology. As a former Pharmacy Director, Lori has subject matter expertise in pharmacy distribution, inventory optimization, pharmacy redesign, space planning, cost reduction, automated storage devices, and procurement. Lori’s provider experience extends from Pharmacist to Director of Pharmacy, P&T design and enhancement, and GPO Executive with a national GPO. She has worked with over 50+ health systems nationwide, including large IDNs, academic and community health systems to implement pharmacy savings.

Lori is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Operations. She has experience in all hospital environments, managed care, AMC, IDN, home infusion, and GPO. In addition, she has significant experience in building, presenting, and implementing GPO market baskets and wholesaler conversions for savings implementation to healthcare organizations. Lori has evaluated numerous pharmacy technologies and aided in technology implementations in large organizations.

Before entering the GPO arena, Lori was a Director of Pharmacy for 15 years at one of the first ACOs in the United States. She was responsible for developing an interdisciplinary team to follow a patient through the continuum of care which was the early stage of Population Health. She has a proven ability to assess operations and lead teams to improve pharmacy operations.
